    Just placed an order, but it still said shipping was $14, so will that be refunded? Or did I just not see the free option?

    the Free Shipping is one of the options during checkout. You just have to pick it when choosing your shipping method. If you email customerservice@blablakids.com we can adjust the shipping cost on your order.
