So Many Apples !

We are a little obsessed with apples these days...
Apple Cider, Apple Sauce, Apple Pie, Fuji Apples, Gala Apples, An Apple A Day, Rotten Apple, Apple Of My Eye, The Big Apple, Apples and Oranges.
Can you think of any good ones to add to the list?
In the meantime, lets make apple pancakes!
1.  Make your favorite pancake batter.
It can be as simple as bisquick or as complicated as you like.

2.  Depending on the amount of servings, peel 1, 2 or 3 apples and core them.
Then slice them about 1/4" thick.

3. Throw the slices into the batter
(and with each pancake you make have one slice of apple for yourself).

Cook them until you see bubbles on one side, then flip and look for steam to indicate doneness... sprinkle with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, or of course, douse with maple syrup!
